  1. Where do I book my hotel room?
    • Book your room at the St. Louis Hilton at the Ballpark. Our room rate is $134/night. You can call the hotel directly and ask for our rate at 314-421-1776, or book online using this link. This group rate expires on May 10th, 2019.

  2.  I’m driving, where should I park?
    • You can park in the Stadium East Garage located at 200 South Broadway, one block south of the hotel. Our discounted parking rates are $15/day event only parking or $26 overnight. Rates will not be available on Sunday, 6/2, until after the Cardinals/Cubs home game is over. Valet parking is available all days at the hotel at $40/day.

  3. Can I bring more members of my team?
    • Absolutely! The Second Street Summit is a fantastic place to bring your team to cultivate brainstorming and productivity across job titles. Teams are definitely welcomed.

  4. I have a dietary restriction. Are there lunch options for me?
    • Each provided meal will have a vegetarian option. Please contact Lauren to be included in the headcount for those meals or to address any other dietary needs.

  5. What time will the conference begin and end?
    • Conference sessions will begin at 8:00am on June 3rd and conclude at 5pm on June 4th. An optional Sellers' Workshop will be hosted on Sunday, June 2nd from 2-5pm.

  6. What do I wear?
    • Business casual (no suits, ties, or heels required!) is perfect for this event. St. Louis in June will be warm, but be sure to bring a jacket -- the conference space has been cold in past years.

  7. Where do I eat around the hotel?
    • The interactive map of the area below will give a good idea of what there is to do or eat around the hotel. We've included drop pins with a few of our favorite locations.

  8. How do I easily get between the hotel and airport?
    • Lambert Airport is about a 20-25 minute taxi or Uber/Lyft ride from the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. St. Louis also has a train called the Metrolink that can get you from the airport to the hotel. Hop off at the Stadium Station and you’ll be right next to the Hilton at the Ballpark.

  9. I need to cancel, what are my next steps?
    • We’ll miss you if you aren’t able to attend! But, we understand that life happens. Please contact Lauren if you need to cancel your registration. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
      • 100% refund until May 10
      • 50% refund until May 24
      • No refund starting May 25
